Led two crews made up of superintendents, foremen, skilled laborers, electricians, crane operators, pipefitters (fiberglass (FRP) pipe and Galvanize Rigid Pipe (GRS)), responsible for supporting all engineering-related tasks associated with the installation of the under bridge pipe/conduit; the Bridge termination played an essential role in the local commute of millions of drivers and the pipe network was intended for a set of gates that controlled the bridge entrance to the HOV lanes in the Northern Virginia area.

·   Worked double shifts to Set up Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) for the busiest corridor in the nation (I-95 DC metro); met with engineers and other contractors on a daily basis to take advantage of lane closures in common work areas and analyze progress.

·   Coordinated daily assignments and produced and presented progress reports; managed punch list items for the 30-mile project and submitted Field Design Changes (FDCs) for several of the plan faults. 

·   Maintained direct responsibility for all quality assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) initiatives; regularly collected data, met with clients and provided updated status reports.

·   Oversaw 5,200 manholes, including pipe work, concrete, cable conductors and fiber count, performed fiber optic work and conducted electrical inspections, in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Road and Bridge specifications.
